To participate in Rebuilding Hope’s Sex Trafficking and Exploitation Program (STEP), clients may self-refer, be referred by a loved one, or be referred by a community professional. In all three cases, a simple phone call to our 24/7 Helpline at 1-855-757-7273 is a great first step, or you can email casemanager@rebuildinghope.org. Self and loved one referrals can also be made through our website. See the “Self” and “Loved One” pages below for additional information on how to make an online referral.
Rebuilding Hope’s STEP services are available to Pierce County clients. If you live in Kitsap County and are in need of sex trafficking and/or exploitation support services, please contact Scarlet Road at (360) 362-5143 or help@scarletroad.org.
We also have limited funding to provide rental assistance to those experiencing sex and/or labor trafficking in the state of Washington. Click the link below to learn about the requirements, timeline, and to apply online.
